“I'm trying really hard, Vicky, (laughing) but I can't think of anything that I'm not happy about. You deliver the next day, you’re always very helpful and I’m not bull****ing. Your couriers are always good.”
1. What made you look for a new supplier?
“I do feel a little bit guilty to say I had a lot of loyalty towards [previous supplier]. But, you know, we're a little business and we have to do it on prices. So that's why I changed because your prices are better and competitive.”
2. Did you have any concerns when you changed to Wholesale Hair Colour?
“I had no reservations because all I had to do was place an order with you, and if it didn't work out, then I would go back to [previous supplier]. So I didn't feel any concern about ordering from you the first time.”
“And, if I had anything that I wanted to question, I would e-mail you and I get responses very quickly, always on the same day. So I always find that good. And I didn't have that service with [previous supplier].”
3. What's your favourite part of ordering with Wholesale Hair Colour?
“That I can just do it online. That I don't have to speak to anyone. All my details are saved in so I'm happy with that. “

4. Has Wholesale Hair Colour ever not had anything you needed?
“It is very rare that there are the odd colours you don’t have, but [those colours] I have trouble getting them anywhere so I have to order from Amazon. Mostly all the time you’ve got what I need, so I recommend you whenever I have that opportunity.”
5. Have you ever had any issues with Wholesale Hair Colour?
“Never. Never. I haven't. And I'm not just saying it. And as I say, any query, I e-mail you and I get a response practically straight away. Always the same day and you're always very helpful.”
“I forgot to put my code in for the discount so I rang you and you knocked it off...and then another time I'd ordered the wrong size peroxide. Someone contacted me to say, you know, did I realise I'd ordered the wrong size? So you changed that….so no, I can't think of anything.”
6. Any other feedback?

"Even without the discount, you're still pretty much cheaper than anybody else around.”
1. What made you look for a new supplier?
“I used to go to [previous supplier] and I was in a wee huff with them. Usually if you buy a tube of colour [from previous supplier] you get a wee stamp and then you collect so many stamps you get a free tube of colour.
So at one point I spent about £300 and then they [didn’t give me any] stamps. I started searching for a new supplier and then on Facebook I found you.
2. Did you have any concerns when you changed to Wholesale Hair Colour?
"No. No, I just found you. And then Gillian, who I work with, she was using [previous supplier]. So when I'd said to her about you, she started to use you too… and then I said to a couple of other girls that I used to work with and they’ve started using you as well.
The price is really good and the delivery's fast. You're really quick at delivery, it's good."
3. Is there anything that you weren't expecting from Wholesale Hair Colour?
"I think I've just been happy all round to be honest.
Probably the fact that you've always got good stock in, quick delivery and a good price. Yeah, happy overall actually."

4. What's the best part of shopping with Wholesale Hair Colour?
"Well to be honest quite the same again. You give us a discount, but even without the discount, you're still pretty much cheaper than anybody else around.”
5. Have you ever had any issues with Wholesale Hair Colour?
"No, I think there was one time the stock was late and I think that was it. But I just emailed you and you got back straight away. You got a hold of the courier and it was here the next day. But that’s the only time I’ve ever had an issue."
6. Any other feedback?
No not really, again I’m just happy. I think your company's quite great so I'm overall happy. There's nothing I've seen that could improve and nothing I would change. Also the girl I work with is quite happy as well.
