UK Mainland Shipping Policy
Shipment processing time
Orders placed with Express or Priority Delivery are processed on the same working day if placed before 3pm. All other orders are processed within 1-3 business days. Orders are not usually shipped or delivered on weekends or holidays.
Delivery delays are rare, but can occasionally occur, if you are concerned about your delivery please contact us and will endeavor to get your order to you as soon as possible. If the UK courier network is exceptionally busy (for example during sales events such as Black Friday, or during extreme weather), shipments may be delayed. Please allow additional days in transit for delivery. If there will be a significant delay in shipment of your order, we will contact you via email or telephone.
We regret that we are currently unable to deliver to Northern Ireland.

Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout.
There are 3 delivery options:
Delivery is only available for orders with delivery addresses within mainland United Kingdom. Please allow an extra 1-3 days delivery time for Highland Scotland and islands within the UK. The above timescales are estimates, and although the vast majority of parcels will be delivered in the timescales mentioned, Wholesale Hair Colour Supplies cannot be held responsible for delays outside of our control.
All of the delivery services listed above will send an estimated delivery time to you on the day of delivery. Your order can also be tracked through your Wholesalehaircolour.com account. If you are not going to be in at the time your delivery is scheduled please follow the instructions contained in the tracking link to arrange delivery to a neighbour, safe location, or alternative delivery day. Please note that if you request a delivery to be made to a 'safe place' this is done at your own risk and Wholesale Hair Colour Supplies accept no responsibility for missing or stolen parcels.
A photo and GPS position will be taken when delivering your parcel as proof of delivery. Parcels will need to be handed to a person unless a safe place delivery has been requested, parcels are too large to be placed through a letterbox. If you are out when delivery is attempted, delivery to a neighbour may be attempted, but we cannot guarantee that this will be accepted. A maximum of 3 deliveries will be attempted before the parcel is returned to sender. If this occurs your parcel will be available for collection from the Lincoln Trade Counter or a redelivery charge will be applied if you would like the parcel to be resent to you.
Customs, Duties and Taxes
Wholesale Hair Colour Supplies Limited is not responsible for any customs and taxes applied to your order. All fees imposed during or after shipping are the responsibility of the customer (tariffs, taxes, etc.).
Damages
In the unlikely event that you receive damaged items in your delivery, please contact us within 3 days of receiving your order. Please save all packaging materials and damaged goods, and take photos if possible. Wholesale Hair Colour Supplies will replace any damaged goods or issue a refund at the earliest opportunity, any photos will help us to reclaim these costs from the courier and are greatly appreciated.
International Shipping Policy
Following Brexit we are not currently able to fulfill deliveries outside mainland UK, including Nothern Ireland, but are hoping to be able to offer this service again soon.
