“Ambassador Scheme” Referral Scheme Terms and Conditions

All customers (referrers) who refer a new, professional hairdressing (referred) customer to Wholesale Hair Colour Supplies will be included in our “Ambassador Scheme” referral scheme. The incentive for this scheme is a £50 Store Credit / Gift Card for the referrer for use on the WholesaleHairColour.com website, or when ordering with Wholesale Hair Colour Supplies over the phone, WhatsApp, email or in person, subject to Wholesale Hair Colour Supplies Ambassador Scheme Terms and Conditions (listed below).

General Ambassador Scheme Terms and Conditions

The Wholesale Hair Colour Supplies Ambassador scheme is open to existing and previous Wholesale Hair Colour Supplies customers.

To become a valid referrer, you must register your interest in participating in the Ambassador Scheme. You can register online here: https://wholesalehaircolour.com/pages/ambassador-referral-scheme, or participation can be requested over the phone or by email. You will receive a unique discount code to share with anyone you have referred to Wholesale Hair Colour Supplies, usually the next working day, and always within 14 days. This will give the referred customer a discount on their first order with Wholesale Hair Colour Supplies.

For the referred customer to qualify under the Ambassador Scheme for the referrer they must:

• Provide the details of the person or business of the referring customer. This can be by using the unique discount code provided to them, or by stating the name and location of the referring customer at the time their order is placed. The name / location must match details held by Wholesale Hair Colour Supplies for previous orders.

 

• The referred customer must accept a phone call shortly after receiving their order and confirm they are a professional hairdresser.

 

• The referred customer must own or work within a professional hairdressing business that can be discovered online - for example a company website, active social media page or business listing.

 

• If the Referred customer is not deemed to be a professional hairdresser for any reason by Wholesale Hair Colour Supplies, they will not qualify as a qualifying referred customer under the Ambassador Scheme. Wholesale Hair Colour Supplies decision is final.

 

• The referred customer must not have purchased any items from Wholesale Hair Colour Supplies in the previous 12 months.

There is only one reward for each referred company/professional hairdresser. Wholesale Hair Colour Supplies will notify the Referrer if the Referred company/organisation has previously been referred.

If a Referred company is sent by multiple Referrers, whichever Referrer is mentioned first by the referred customer will be deemed as the Ambassador Scheme Referrer.

Referred customers will be deemed as ineligible if Referrer refers their own company or a franchisee.

There is no limit to the number of referred customers a referrer can refer in our Ambassador Scheme duration.

The Referrer may be named in communication between Wholesale Hair Colour Supplies and the Referred customer / business.

The Gift Card will be issued within 90 days of the new client’s invoice being paid.

There is no cash alternative and Wholesale Hair Colour Supplies reserve the right to withdraw or alter the Ambassador Scheme terms, change the value of the gift card / credit or replace the gift card with an alternative, subject to availability.

The Wholesale Hair Colour Supplies referral scheme is available to UK residents only.

In the event of any disputes regarding any Referred company/organisation, the decision of Wholesale Hair Colour Supplies is final.

Any rewards from this scheme should be declared in your annual tax return or declared as a benefit in kind.

Referred customers who request a refund under Wholesale Hair Colour Supplies’ returns policy will not be eligible under the Ambassador Scheme.

In the event of a Referrer not receiving a referral fee, a claim must be raised for consideration to info@wholesalehaircolour.com within 90 days of the referrers order date. Any claims made after 90 days will not be eligible for a gift card.
