We will aim to get it to you after a minimum of 30 days, after we have verified the hairdresser by the standards of our Ambassador Scheme Terms & Conditions. This prevents abuse by to ensuring the order has reached the end of the return window. At maximum, the gift card will be issued within 90 days of the new client’s invoice being paid.

Yes! If you have referred multiple people and received £200 in gift cards, you're free to use as much or as little of that in one go as you wish.

The gift card is valid for as long as the referral scheme runs.

There is no minimum order when using your gift card. If your order is less than £50, the remaining balance will stay on your gift card for the next use.

The successful referral must say who referred them (using your referral code), and must confirm they're a professional hairdresser. We will contact them after they have placed their order to confirm this.

Hairdressers can only be referred once. If a hairdresser has been referred by multiple people, the first person to refer them will receive the gift card.

Due to privacy protection protocols, we can't let you know when the hairdresser orders, but we will send you your gift card as soon as possible and notify you by either email or phone.

For the referral to be valid, you must let us know either before they order or latest at the time of the order.

Unfortunately not, though we welcome you to refer as many people as you like now that the scheme has started, and enjoy as many £50 gift cards as you can!

Your gift card will be a code sent digitally by email, or given to you over the phone. Simply type it in at the checkout page and it will automatically remove the balance of the card.

When you type your code in, it will automatically apply the maximum amount it can to your order. So if you order £30 worth of stock using your gift card, you will have £20 still left to use next time.
