December 2025 Opening Times
Wholesale Hair Colour Supplies will be accepting orders through the online store across the festive & new year period. However, we will be conducting our annual stock check during this time and closing around national holidays.
Below you will find the details of dispatch dates for orders received during the festive period:
December 19th - open as normal - Express Delivery available as normal, expected to be delivered in 1-2 working days. Orders placed after 2:30pm on December 19th using Express Delivery will be dispatched on December 22nd and are expected to arrive on December 23rd/24th.
December 22nd - The annual stock take will begin - customer support will be available by email, and staff will not be available to answer the phone at various points throughout the day (if you call and no one answers we will call you back as soon as possible). Responses to enquiries are likely to be slower than usual. Orders placed on the website before 2:30pm on December 22nd will be dispatched on the same day, orders placed after this time will be dispatched from December 29th.
December 23rd-28th - The website remains open for orders. We are closed on 23rd December, Christmas Eve, Christmas Day & Boxing Day. Orders placed on the website on these dates and will be dispatched / available for collection from December 29th.
December 29th- 30th - The annual stock take continues - customer support will be available by email, and staff will not be available to answer the phone at various points throughout the day (if you call and no one answers we will call you back as soon as possible). Responses to enquiries are likely to be slower than usual. Express Delivery is available, orders placed before 2:30pm on December 29th will be dispatched on the same day and should be delivered December 30th/31st. Orders placed after 2:30pm on December 29th will be dispatched on the 30th. Orders placed after 2:30pm on the 30th will be dispatched on January 2nd.
December 31st-January 1st - Closed for New Year's Eve & New Years Day. Orders can still be placed on the website and will be dispatched from January 2nd.
January 2nd - The last day of our annual stock take - customer support will be available by email, and staff will not be available to answer the phone at various points throughout the day (if you call and no one answers we will call you back as soon as possible). Responses to enquiries are likely to be slower than usual. Express Delivery is available, orders placed before 2:30pm will be dispatched on the same day and should be delivered on January 5th. Orders placed after 2:30pm on January 2nd will be dispatched on the 5th.
January 5th - Reopen as normal for 2026.
