December 2024 Opening Times

Wholesale Hair Colour Supplies will be accepting orders through the online store across the festive & new year period. However, we will be conducting our annual stock check during this time and closing around national holidays.

Below you will find the details of dispatch dates for orders received during the festive period:

Until 2:30pm December 19th - open as normal - Express Delivery available as normal, expected to be delivered in 1-2 working days. Orders placed after 2:30pm on December 19th using Express Delivery will be dispatched on December 20th and are expected to arrive on December 23rd/27th.

December 20th - The annual stock take will begin - customer support will be available by email, and staff will not be available to answer the phone at various points throughout the day (if you call and no one answers we will call you back as soon as possible). Responses to enquiries are likely to be slower than usual. Orders placed on the website before 2:30pm on December 20th will be dispatched on the same day, orders placed after this time will be dispatched from December 27th.

December 21st-26th - The website remains open for orders. After the weekend the stock check will continue on the 23rd - customer support will be available by email only on the morning of the 23rd, and responses are likely to be be slower than normal. Closed for Christmas Eve, Christmas Day & Boxing Day. Orders  placed on the website during the above dates and will be dispatched / available for collection from December 27th.

December 27th - Open as usual until 2:30pm, Express Delivery available, orders placed before 2:30pm will be delivered December 30th/31st. Orders placed after 2:30pm on December 27th will be dispatched on the 30th.

December 28th-30th -  Open as usual, A normal weekend followed by a normal Monday - orders placed before 2:30pm on Monday 30th will be dispatched on the same day and will be delivered from the 31st. Phone lines and emails open as usual.

December 31st-January 1st - Closed for New Year's Eve & New Years Day. Orders can still be placed on the website and will be dispatched from January 2nd.

January 2nd - Reopen as normal, Express Delivery orders placed before 2:30pm will be dispatched the same day.
