How Does Click & Collect Work?

*Please note: Click & Collect is currently suspended while we complete the move in to our new, larger warehouse on the Crofton Close Trading Estate. While we move we are offering a local same-day delivery service, call 0333 0110828 for more details.*

If you're local to Lincoln, click & collect is often the fastest way to receive your order. Simply select the products you would like to order on our website (or give us a call on 0333 0110828). You will then be able to either make payment immediately or select the option to pay at the trade counter on the Allenby Trading Estate, Lincoln.

Click & collect is free, there is no postage charge to pay.

Once your order has been entered, we will pick your items from our warehouse and prepare them for your arrival. If your order has been placed during our usual business hours (9am-5pm Monday - Friday excluding bank holidays) your order will be ready to collect in less than an hour.

If your order is placed outside our normal working hours it will be processed as soon as we open the following working day and will be ready before 10am.

Once your order has been prepared you will receive an email notification that it is ready to collect from our trade counter.

When you arrive simply let us know your name and order number and we will pass your order to you.
