If you live in mainland UK you can choose between 3 delivery options:

Economy Delivery will be delivered in 3-5 working days (typically 3), with the courier usually being Evri or DHL. Orders placed before 3pm Monday-Friday will usually be dispatched on the same day, although Express & Priority deliveries are prioritised.

Express Delivery will be sent using either DHL (or DPD for some areas), and will usually be delivered to you 1-2 business days from day of dispatch (~97% are delivered on the next working day). Orders placed before 3pm Monday-Friday will be dispatched on the same day, although Priority deliveries are prioritised (so there is a small chance of delay on busy days such as sales events). If a delay has occurred we will contact you.

Priority Delivery will usually be sent using DPD (or DHL in the case of a DPD service outage affecting your area). This normally arrives 1-2 business days from the day of dispatch (~98% are delivered on the next working day).

Please note that over 99% of our deliveries arrive on time, but occasionally due to circumstances out of our control (such as extreme weather or lack of access to the delivery address) delays can occur. If you have any concerns about your delivery please contact us.
