If you live in mainland UK you can choose between 3 delivery options:

Economy Delivery will be delivered in 3-5 working days (typically 3), with the courier usually being Evri or DHL. Orders placed before 3pm Monday-Friday will usually be dispatched on the same day, although Express & Priority deliveries are prioritised. 

Express Delivery will be sent using either DHL (or DPD for some areas), and will usually be delivered to you 1-2 business days from day of dispatch (~97% are delivered on the next working day). Orders placed before 3pm Monday-Friday will be dispatched on the same day, although Priority deliveries are prioritised (so there is a small chance of delay on busy days such as sales events). If a delay has occurred we will contact you.

Priority Delivery will usually be sent using DPD (or DHL in the case of a DPD service outage affecting your area). This normally arrives 1-2 business days from the day of dispatch (~98% are delivered on the next working day).

Please note that over 99% of our deliveries arrive on time, but occasionally due to circumstances out of our control (such as extreme weather or lack of access to the delivery address) delays can occur. If you have any concerns about your delivery please contact us.

We offer a 30-day return policy for items in new, unused condition. If you are not satisfied with your purchase, please contact our customer support team to initiate a return. Please note that certain conditions and exclusions may apply. You can find more information on our Returns & Refunds page.

Economy Delivery is £3.59 Inc VAT, or free for orders over £40.

Express Delivery is free for orders over £75+ Inc VAT, or available for between £5.99 & £1.99 Inc Vat for orders below this amount depending on the order size. 

Absolutely. If you have any doubts please contact the manufacturer and ask them to confirm that the number on the barcode has been manufactured by them. If you're not happy for any reason goods can be returned to us for a full refund in accordance with our returns policy, so you can shop with confidence.

Wholesale Hair Colour do not offer credit. One of the ways we keep our prices low is by requiring payment at the time an order is dispatched. We do accept Paypal and credit card payments, and these services may offer payment terms to you.

If you notice a mistake please call on 0333 0110 828. Orders are generally processed minutes after they are submitted, and once they have been dispatched it is unfortunately not possible to make changes.

There is no need for a trade card, but all products are provided on the basis that they are for use only by trained professionals, or under the supervison of a trained professional.
