As an online store Wholesale Hair Colour will remain open during the next wave of restrictions in England. All customer support staff are working from home.
We expect to be able to continue dispatching orders on time, however, during previous lockdowns, couriers have experienced increased demand. As couriers have previous experience of dealing with the increased number of parcels they are expected to handle, we are not currently expecting delays to deliveries, but we will continue to monitor the situation.
Please bear in mind when placing your order that a slight delay is possible.
As with the lockdowns in 2020, the manufacturers are likely to face disruption, which could have the knock-on effect of delaying deliveries of stock to Wholesale Hair Colour. This may cause stock levels to be lower than planned, and some items may be out of stock.

We expect to be able to continue dispatching orders on time, however couriers have already warned that delays could be expected due to the increase in demand.
Standard shipping delivery time is 2-5 working days, and deliveries should still arrive within this timescale. At the time of writing we are still offering express delivery (1-2 working days) and will continue to monitor that our couriers are able to deliver within this timescale. Please bear in mind when placing your order that a slight delay is possible. If delays to Express Delivery become regular we will only offer the standard delivery option.

Wholesale Hair Colour staff are working from home where possible. If home-working is not possible staff are socially distanced, wear gloves and masks, and regularly clean working areas. So far this has not affected our ability to dispatch orders on time.
Couriers are occasionally facing delays in delivering orders. There have been very few instances of delays so far, but please bear in mind when placing your order that your order may arrive slightly later than planned.
The manufacturers of professional hair colours have, unfortunately, faced greater disruption to their service. Some production lines were halted, and as countries across Europe have eased their lockdown rules demand has outstripped supply. Due to these there are global shortages of some shades of some brands. Due to these Wholesale Hair Colour are holding less stock than normal of some items. We apologise if this affects your orders with us.
During these difficult times we are doing all that we can to ensure our staff and customers stay safe and are able to transition back to normality as soon as possible. We found the Covid-19 certification from Barbcide an excellent resource, and the certificate also acts as a great way to show your customers that you are taking the virus seriously and taking appropriate steps to maintain their safety.
The National Hair and Beauty Foundation also regularly updates the latest news for keeping your salon safe and following the latest government guidelines. Membership is not necessary to view the news updates.
